Τα αρχικά stand for για αυτό που λέει η Νάντια παραπάνω. Όμως κανονικά δεν μεταφράζονται, παρά μένουν ως έχουν. βλ. για παράδειγμα αυτό το celetext.

Και αντί για societe anonyme που είναι Γαλλικό, θα προτιμούσα το public limited company (plc), .i.e. commercial and industrial public limited company. Κι αυτό όμως με σχετική επιφύλαξη, γιατί διαφέρουν τα πράγματα από χώρα σε χώρα.
