Describing features of an electrocardiogram.

Ανώτερος άξονας δείχνει εστία ή ζώνη εξόδου στο κατώτερο τοίχωμα, ενώ κατώτερος άξονας δείχνει χώρο εξόδου ή πρόσθιο τοίχωμα.

I think the terms are "left axis deviation" and "right axis deviation", but I can't remember which is which! Can somebody enlighten me?
