I haven't heard the face being used here , I think the most common one is "the eyes are the windows to/of the soul". Interesting!

Η διαφορά του the από το a(n) είναι γνωστή νομίζω. Εάν το πρόσωπο είναι καθρέφτης της ψυχής (και όχι ο ένας και μοναδικός καθρέφτης της ψυχής) τότε νομίζω ότι μπορείς να βάλεις a.

Σε τέτοιες περιπτώσεις νομίζω ότι πρέπει να εξετάσει κανείς και άλλες δυνατότητες, πέρα από την "κατά λέξη μετάφραση".
