Official Name: (I did miss the \"O\" on GNTO, which IS GNTO.

Το Υπ. Αγροτικής Ανάπτυξης και Τροφίμων δεν είχε αναλάβει ποτέ καμία οικονομική δέσμευση για την κατασκευή του έργου «Διάφραγμα Πηγών Μαλαύρας - Πέτασμα - Τσιμεντενέσεων». Η διατεθείσα πίστωση των 400.000 � το έτος 2002 αφορούσε οικονομική επιχορήγηση προς τη Νομαρχιακή Αυτοδιοίκηση Λασιθίου, με την προϋπόθεση ότι η απορρόφησή της έπρεπε να γίνει μέχρι το τέλος του έτους 2002. ₼λλωστε το Υπουργείο δεν δεσμεύτηκε ότι θα εντάξει το εν λόγω έργο στο δικό του Πρόγραμμα Δημοσίων Επενδύσεων, θεωρώντας ότι ένα τέτοιο μικρού και τοπικού ενδιαφέροντος έργο έπρεπε να προγραμματισθεί, αποφασισθεί και χρηματοδοτηθεί, όπως και τελικά έγινε, από τη Ν. The Greek government announced that its Public Investments Program's budget would total 9.25 billion euro this year. The Economy and Finance Ministry stressed that from the total 9.25 billion euro, 3.95 billion euro would be covered by national funds while the remaining 5.3 billion euro from both national and community funds.
