Explanation:
Αντισυμβαλλόμενος είναι ο ένας εκ των δύο συμβαλλομένων. Στα αγγλικά λέγεται συνήθως απλώς "contracting party" ή "countersigning party" ή ακόμα και "covenantee", ανάλογα με την περίπτωση.
