Science - Geography / Topography / Geomorphology
Greek term or phrase: γεωμορφώματα
From a (Cypriot) Impact Risk Assessment, in the section about impacts of a road-building project on Topography and Geomorphology:

«Στην περιόχη δεν υπάρχουν οποιαδήποτε γεωμορφώματα, τα οποία θα μπορούσαν να επηρεασθούν.»

I've left my query as a plural as the word doesn't seem to exist in the singular. Even in the plural it seems to be confined to a handful of websites in Cyprus. One of the said sites has an English language version and uses 'Geoforms' - but that seems to have been invented by the site. 'Geomorph' is also wrong, it appears.

- or you could use "land-forms". Geomorphology is, after all, "the scientific study of the land-forms on the Earth's surface and of the processes that have fashioned them" (Oxford Dictionary of Earth Sciences).

geomorphological sites

Explanation:
If you read the Greek definition of the term on these Cypriot and a few other sites, it seems that γεωμορφώματα are characteristicic geological structures/elements, sometimes even protected by UNESCO.
In that sense, I think the term 'geomorphological sites' could be used... it depends, of course, on the context of what you are translating
Just a suggestion, but google it yourself, it seems valid enough in certain contexts at least.
