baked sole in ramekin
Explanation:
Θα επιμείνω στο... ramekin. :)

Carol chose another special of the evening, baked sole stuffed with crabmeat and mushrooms, $17.75. Each of us had briefly considered the vegetarian platter of the evening _ fried tomatoes and grilled vegetables, $13.75 _ but decided we wanted protein.

The only quarrel we had with the sole was that the ramekin in which it was served exactly fit and made it hard to get a forkful out. Our server graciously transferred it to a platter. Otherwise, it was great fish, with lots of lump crab in a gentle beurre blanc.
