It is mostly known as Γαρδούμπα, η (Gardouba, the; in sing.), where as people usually use this expression in plural when they refer to this [Γαρδούμπες, οι: Gardoubes, the; in pl.), γαδουμπάκια,τα ('small' gardoubes)]; in some regions, this recipe is called γαρδούμι (gardoumi, in sing.) or γαρδούμια,τα (gardoumia, in pl).
