Ο σχεδιασμός και η κατασκευή ενός ξενοδοχείου πέντε αστέρων δεν είναι σίγουρα εύκολη υπόθεση: πόσο μάλλον όταν το ξενοδοχείο αυτό πρέπει να είναι μοναδικής αισθητικής και να αποπνέει στον ένοικό του μία αίσθηση αξιοπιστίας και έναν ιδιαίτερο χαρακτήρα. Μεγαλύτερη πρόκληση όμως ήταν η δημιουργία ενός **τεχνητού ποταμού** στον εσωτερικό χώρο του ξενοδοχείου, που σε συνδυασμό με την πλατφόρμα προσφέρει σε ένοικους και επισκέπτες μοναδικές στιγμές.
