Searching for English terms, I've found 'axle crosspiece' and 'axle coupling'.

υπάρχει περίπτωση να είναι σταυρός περιστροφής; δηλ. τροχός σε διάταξη σταυρού με ακτινικά διαταγμένες ραβδοειδείς χειρολαβές για την επιστροφή του εργαλείου; στα αγγλικά spider/star handle. το crosspiece το βρήκα εξάρτημα σωληνώσεων.

Perhaps it's the σταυρός κολόνας τιμονιού.
But then, it's also ΠΙΣΩ. Perhaps it's something to do with the suspension and the wheels.
