Hi Woodstock!thanks for your help. Unfortunately in the Gutenberg website I couldn't find the translation of "Die versunkene Glocke" (they published other works but not that one). It seems that that play has never been translated in Italian either. Actually the only "translation" is the libretto written by Claudio Guastalla for Ottorino Respighi's opera "La campana sommersa", but it's an adaptation and very difficult to find. Anyway, thanks to you all I could translate those two lines (or, at least, I tried to ;-)) |
