den Balken kannst du auch als Corpus Callosum googlen, da sieht man welche Region gemeint ist. Mit deiner Vermutung liegst du richtig. Vielleicht wäre noch interessant zu wissen, ob die Struktur in der Falx cerebri oder in den angrenzenden Rindengebieten liegt.
