German language (monolingual) [PRO]
Medical - Medical (general)
German term or phrase: SCG
From a physcial therapist's report on treatment of a man injured in a motorcycle accident. In discussing the measures taken, she writes:

Im Laufe der Behandlung wurden von Frau XXX folgende Maßnahmen durchgeführt: Entstauende Maßnahmen, Mobilisation Scapula, ACG, SCG links, Mobilisation der Rippen beidseits, Mobilisation von Zwerchfell und Lunge links…….

The abbreviations are the problem. From what I can tell, ACG stands for AC Gelenk (AC joint), but SCG has me stumped. I believe it has something to do with shoulder tendons, but I can't seem to find an appropriate meaning.

Can anyone set me straight?
