Mengenangaben ... nur für das erste und das zweite Verkehrsjahr (=Abrufperiode) angegeben.
Abrufe können jeweils für 12-Monatsperioden gemacht werden.
Der Abruf ist durch schriftliche Mitteilung an den Auftragnehmer spätestens am 31. Dezember des Jahres zu machen, das dem Jahr in dem die 12-monatige Abrufperiode beginnen soll, vorangeht
Nachdem der Auftragnehmer den Abruf empfangen hat, hat er unverzüglich den Abruf schriftlich zu bestätigen.
Jag har provisoriskt skrivit beställningar men är inte nöjd. Ordet har varit uppe förut, men det svaret passar nog inte här (beredd, startklar).
Det gäller ett avtal som kan tas i bruk om beställaren får uppdraget att köra tågen som det ska städas i.
