rulle Explanation: kallas det på slakterisvenska, i alla fall enligt "Kokboken" från ICA-förlaget (1986). Antar att terminologin fortfarande stämmer. Den tyska länken är ganska detaljerad, medan den svenska är mycket grovhuggen (!). Rullen finns upptill på lårets utsida, alltså mitt på bakpartiet. Jmf. lägg, som är den nedersta delen av låret som kan användas, och fransyska, som finns mitt på låret där bringan tar vid.
