El contexto es un diálogo entre un hombre y una chica, que acaba de pasar la noche con su hermano (el de él).

M: Ich habe sie oben in der Wohnung gesehen. Die Wohnung gehört mir, XXX ist mein Bruder.
F: Ach so, eine Nummer zieht ihr ab.
M: Ich suche YYY, ich sah sie zusammen, im ZZZ.
F: Sind sie auch Anwalt? YYY hatte recht.
M: Womit?
F: Dass ihr alle Schweine seid.

Lo que él contesta no remite en absoluto al comentario de ella. Suena a frase hecha, posiblemente peyorativa.
¿Quizá "tal para cual", o algo así?
Casi en seguida ella lo trata de cerdo, por lo cual imagino que no debe ser una frase amigable.

Ist die Interpunktion wirklich so im Original?

Mir wäre in der Situation natürlicher so:

"Ach, so eine Nummer zieht ihr ab!"

Würde so viel bedeuten wie "Vaya, a eso vais! / de esto se trata!"

Nach wie vor mit pejorativem Nachdruck!

Otra alternativa. Numerito tb podría funcionar, pero depende ante todo del contexto ya que el numerito sería más bien montar una gresca (eine Szene machen). Parece ser que el Mengano busca a YYY y no que tenga un ataque de celos. Salu2 ;)
