Explanation:
¡Hola Inés!
Es una frase irónica/jocosa. Estaban diciendo que se puede conectar el teléfono móvil al televisor. Pero -y aquí empieza la "ironía"- si empiezas a hablar con este último (sin haberlo conectado previamente al teléfono móvil) es que puedes estar enferma y tendrías que llamar al teléfono de urgencias.
Así pues, mi sugerencia:

*Pero si se empieza a hablar por teléfono con el aparato de televisión/televisor, tendría que colgarse/terminar la conversación y llamar al (teléfono de ) urgencias.*
