Explanation:
Entiendo que aquí "Beschäftigte" es más general, abarca más que "Angestellte". ¿Podría ser que esa empresa, además de personal contratado, contara con personas que aunque trabajaran en ella tuvieran otro régimen, p. ej., fueran autónomos? A veces es el caso de los representantes comerciales o incluso del empresario si no se pone en plantilla...
En ese caso, te sugeriría para "Beschäftigte" 'integrantes de la empresa' o algo así y 'empleados' para "Angestellte". Saludos

Los 1º tienen un sueldo fijo y los 2º no tiene porqué, pueden cobrar por horas, o tener otro tipo de contrato. Saludos
