Ich finde dafür keine griffige Bezeichnung. Wer hat einen Vorschlag?

neutral  Karin R: Esto sería solamente "Mutterschutz", que no es igual. Pero el termino de maternidad es directamente ligado con la madre. no lo puedes usar para los vacaciones del padre, si quiere cuidar a su hijo.

  -> No estoy de acuerdo. Excedencia significa vacaciones no pagadas, y de eso se trata aquí. En Alemania te guardan tu plaza durante 3 años. Precisamente yo me encuentro en esa situación y vivo en Alemania.

disagree  scipio: Nein, eben gerade nicht! Der Erziehungsurlaub kann bis zu 3 J. dauern... und den können übrigens sowohl Väter als auch Mütter in Anspruch nehmen!
