Socios con antigüedad / de mayor antigüedad / Socios fundadores Explanation: In der Regel Gründungsgesellschafter, dann spräche man von "socios fundadores". No me parece que sean Accionistas, ya que en una Ag (S.A.), no hay necesidad de equiparar de derechos a nuevos y a antiguos accionistas. Lo que cuentan, son las mayorías, no la antigüedad. Gesellschafter los tienes en una SL, o en cualquier sociedad que no cotiza en bolsa. No tienen acciones, sino participaciones (Geschäftsanteile). Y aquí si, se pueden fijar derechos que no necesariamente sean compartidos por nuevos socios, como es el caso de accionistas.
