Arbeitsluft - Working Air
Das Arbeitsluftsystem versorgt sekundäre Systeme und Komponenten der
Anlage sowie Schnellanschlüsse für Wartungsarbeiten mit Druckluft.
Das Kompressormodul saugt Frischluft aus dem Maschinenhaus an und lädt
einen Druckbehälter auf. Der Sollwert liegt bei einem Druck von 10 bar.
Ein Druckminderer reduziert den Abeitsdruck von 10 bar auf 6 bar.
Aus dem Druckminderer gelangt die Arbeitsluft in die Hauptleitung des
Maschinenhauses. Von dort werden alle Bereiche mit Arbeitsluft versorgt.
Alle Verbraucher sind mit automatischen Kondensatabscheidern ausgestattet.
Sie entfeuchten die angelieferte Druckluft.
Eine Abzweigleitung führt die Arbeitsluft außerhalb des Maschinenhauses zu
verschiedenen Bereichen der Anlage, wie Tankfarm, **Rohrstraße**, Hilfskesselanlage
und Pumpenhaus. Dort wird die Arbeitsluft über Versorgungsleitung
für die Wartungsarbeiten entnommen.
