firmeza y valores (fundamentales, esenciales). Bodenständigkeit no me convence tanto, porque creo que implica más la vinculación no al suelo como fuente de firmeza o solidez, sino a un suelo en particular, nacionalidad, pertenencia a un pueblo o raza. Creo que no es eso lo que pretende decir la descripción laboral.

Bodenbeständigkeit es similar al inglés "Steadfast"
