Hola,

por favor necesito una ayuda con la siguiente frase:

"Das Grundkapital der Gesellschaft ist um bis zu 37.000,- EURO bedingt erhöht."
(No tengo más contexto. Es inicio de párrafo)

Yo creo que entre el "um" y el "bis" falta un porcentaje (p.e. "ist um 10% bis zu XY,- EURO erhöht")
¿Es así?

Y eso del "Das Grundkapital ist bedingt erhöht" ¿puede traducirse como "el capital social ha sido ampliado condicionalmente"?

ist um bis zu ... billiger geworden

Manche Zeitgenossen drücken sich in dieser Weise aus, weil sie glauben, das würde gut klingen (klingt auch gut ;-) ). Das "um" ist von der Syntax her also überflüssig, und das "bedingt" ist keine "Bedingung", sondern lediglich eine (weitere, überflüssige) Floskel; ein "ist um 10% bis zu XY,- EURO erhöht", wie du mutmaßt, würde einen völlig anderen Sinn des Augangstextes geben, der in einem so wichtigen Textteil höchstwahrscheinlich nicht versehentlich weggelassen wird.

Also schlicht "ist um zu 5.000.000,- EURO erhöht" = "está aumentado hasta 5.000.000,- EURO". ( "ha sido aumentado" wäre im Deutschen "wurde ... erhöht" )
