Lo encuentro más adecuado, ya que "punto de..." suena a mercadillo, y "autocaravana de..." o "vehiculo de..." me suenan muy raro. De todos modos, no creo haber oído este término en español (me refiero estrictamente a lo que en Alemania significa)
