EXW Explanation: el termino "Freiwerkspreis" no es correcto, diría yo. Por lo que sé tendría qe ser: frei ab Werk, ex fabrica, Preis ab Werk Sí eso es verdad, pués se trata de un icoterm. Ex fábrica. (EXW) Ab Werk (EXW) Unter "Ab Werk" Bedingungen (EXW) mindert der Verkäufer sein Riskiken, da die Ware in seiner Fabrik oder in seinem Geschäftssitz zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Der Verkäufer (Exporteur) stellt dem Käufer (Importeur) die Ware auf dem Betriebsgelände des Verkäufers zur Verfügung. Der Käufer ist für alle Transportkosten, Zollgebühren, und Versicherungskosten verantwortlich und akkzeptiert das Verlustrisiko sobald die Ware erworben ist und sich ausserhalb des Fabrikeingangs befindet. Der "Ab Werk" Preis versteht sich ohne die Kosten der Verladung von Ware auf einen Lastwagen oder ein Schiff, und die Zollabfertigung wird nicht in Betracht gezogen.
