Nie mam na tyle wyczucia, by zdecydować, czy powinno to być coś w stylu "nieprzyzwoicie trzeźwa" czy po prostu "zupełnie trzeźwa". Cała książka jest w tonie żartobliwym.

Propozycja Crannmera jest przednia, ale myślałem o czymś innym. Ponieważ masz tego więcej, to trzeba to tłumaczyć za każdym razem inaczej, korzystając z uroków polszczyzny.

"Nie pijąc ani kropelki"

kompletnie trzeźwy


Explanation:
Bo stockbetrunken = kompletnie pijany. Myślę, że takie proste rozwiązanie wystarczy w tym wypadku. Po niemiecku "stocknuechtern" brzmi dosyć zwyczajnie, lekko żartobliwie.
