German term or phrase: alte Fassung Tłumaczę odezwę niem. sądu, w której przytoczone zostały przepisy polskiego kk w nast. sposób: "Art. 199 Abs. 1 aF" (alte Fassung). Nie wiem jak to po polsku ująć, najlepszy byłby tu także skrót. Tam gdzie jakiś stary akt prawny jest częściej cytowany (np. podręcznik prawa karnego, gdzie nagminnie jest cytowany kodeks z 1969 r.) autor zwykle dodaje "d" przed skrótem, np. art. 233 d.k.k. 21:23 Jun 9, 2006  Automatic update in 00:
