Po dokładnym zapoznaniu się z materią stwierdziłam, że odpowiedź A. L. jest prawidłowa. Akt poświadczenia dziedziczenia jest czymś nowym w prawodawstwie polskim i spełnia tę samą funkcję co postanowienie o stwierdzeniu nabycia spadku, a więc także Erbschein (ew. można dodać, że sporządzony przez notariusza).
A więc "agree" dla odpowiedzi A.L.
