Znalazłam taką definicję "Als Angebotsansatz versteht man eine intensive Beschäftigung mit der Fremdsprache zu festgelegten Zeiten, meistens aber lediglich ein bis zwei Stunden in der Woche. Es werden dabei Lieder gesungen („Old Mac Donald had a farm“), Fingerspiele gemacht oder projektähnlich Themen aus dem fremden

Czyli wynika z tego, że jest to typowa forma nauki języka oferowana w naszych szkołach.
Nie wiem dokładnie, czy tak właśnie można ją nazwać po polsku, jak zaproponowałam, ale może przynajmniej naprowadzi na właściwą odpowiedź :)
