Nel caso di vini/vini liquorosi è corretto parlare di vini *grassi*?
Non mi sembra molto elegante.

neutral  Danila Moro: cia avevo pensato anch'io, ma se vedi nella def. che ho postato il senso è un po' diverso. I culturi del vino sicuramente conoscono il termine, poi, certo, dipende dai destinatari del testo, forse si può stare anche più sul generico come da tua proposta.
