Ab sofort fassen wir für click&call+ Anmeldungen im SSP Vertrag und Vollmacht auf einer Seite zusammen. Der Kunde muss also nur noch eine Seite unterschreiben, was es ihm einfacher macht. Wir vermeiden damit auch Fälle, in denen eine Seite an den Vertrag gelinkt wurde, die zweite jedoch verloren gegangen ist.  Somit wirkt sich diese Änderung positiv auf das Handling von click&call+ Anmeldungen sowie auf das Kundenerlebnis aus.

non è un traducente diretto del tedesco, ma prova a staccarti dal testo originale e rifletti: nei testi DE del genere è tutta una profusione di -erlebnis. E in IT? Quali sono le buzz word che riempiono i testi pubblicitari e promozionali?

  -> una traduzione letterale non è sempre sbagliata. Ma sicuramente è un fatto interno al cliente, e quindi bisogna trovare un termine che si riferisca cmq al "sentire" del cliente e trattamento è invece una parla che si riferisce a un'"azione" dall'esterno.
