customer promise Explanation: Non sono una sostenitrice dell'uso dell'inglese sempre e comunque, ma in determinati ambiti sembra inevitabile se non obbligatorio. Me ne sono resa conto alcune settimane fa quando ho tradotto una serie di documenti di CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Anche nel tuo testo vedo altri termini in inglese, per cui ritengo che la resa con customer promise (promessa ai clienti) possa risultare "gradita".
