mi spiego meglio: il famoso über den Bauch erreichen, è una espressione che che abbiamo anche in italiano, e che si usa "come colpire allo stomaco" cioè avere una sensazione prima di tutto istintiva, piuttosto che cerebrale. Con questa traduzione però non mi sembrava di rispecchiare il contesto, perchè se non ho capito male stai lavorando a un testo sulla culinaria e "prendere- colpire allo stomaco" non mi piace come resa, sembra proprio la brutta traduzione di "durch den Magen".
