Die zunehmende Dynamik des wirtschaftlichen Wettbewerbs verlangt ein hohes Mass an Weitsicht und Anpassungsfähigkeit. Eine wichtige Aufgabe der Führungskräfte ist deshalb, die sich verändernden *Einstellungen* und Wertvorstellungen der Gesellschaft wahrzunehmen und die notwendigen Rückschlüsse für die unternehmerische Tätigkeit zu ziehen.

Non so se intendere il termine in questione nel senso di "Denkweise", quindi mentalità, o nel senso di "Verhalten" quindi disposizione / atteggiamento.
