ich verstehe darunter das man "etwas in die Schublade packt" "Schubladendenken"
womit meines Erachtens in der Regel eine Pauschalisierung/Vereinheitlichung erfolgt
nach dem Motto "alle xy" sind "soundso"

drum mein Vorschlag standardizzare/forfettizzare

obwohl im I durchaus der Ausdruck besteht
"mettere tutto in una scatola" aber eben in genanntem Sinne
