Es geht um ein negatives Gutachten über Th.N., d. h. die Stigmaten werden auf Hysterie zurückgeführt:

Die Th.N. mit ihren so großen Erfolgen, mit den vielen, vielen Besuchern, selbst von Bischöfen, ganz abgesehen von all der Masse von Pfarrern, Gläubigen, Schwärmern usw. nennen, ist das kein Egoismus, ist das kein Erfolg grenzenloser Selbstliebe und eines riesigen Selbsttriebes?
Ihre Krankheit ist ihr ein wahres Lebensbedürfnis, und sie spielt diesen ihren Beruf sogar derart meisterhaft, dass sie uns alle, auch die oben genannten, betört, - natürlich wieder bona fide.
