Ciao a tutti! Spero abbiate trascorso delle belle vacanze estive! :-)

Ho un problema con questa frase, si parla di sonde anali/vaginali e, in particolare, di "Überlauf-Inkontinenz" (iscuria paradossa: un determinato tipo di incontinenza).
Ecco la frase:
"Personen mit Überlauf-Inkontinenz aufgrund eines Verschlusses dürfen nicht mit einer Sonde behandelt werden."

Non riesco a capire a cosa si riferisca quel "Verschluss" (blocco?)...qualcuno può aiutarmi?
