ho ricercato un po' e secondo me con Tiefe (viel Tiefe ecc.) si intende "eine tiefe Brust", spesso indicata anche come"Körpertiefe" (=tiefe Brust und Flanken) - Copio una frase come esempio : "..... guten Bemuskelung über viel Tiefe". Si tratta cioè di una delle molte caratteristiche morfologiche (lunghezza e altezza ecc.) che vengono misurate negli animali, non solo bovini. HTH, ciao.
