Bei der Steuerlichen Bewertung von Anteilenan Kapitalgesellschaften kommt auch der Fremdvergleichpreis in Betracht.

Wie würdet ihr Fremdvergleichspreis übersetzen, vermutlich gibt es auch im Italienischen (wie auch im Deutschen) einen festen Fachbegriff, oder? Konnte ihn nur leider nirgends finden.

Hab bei einer Weiterrecherche in google auch noch die entsprechende Erklärung in Italienisch gefunden [un prezzo normalmente conseguibile in base alle oggettive condizioni di mercato/
al valore normale di mercato, es ist auch ein ähnlicher Prozeintrag in Englisch/Italienisch vorhanden) und dies noch
als Klammererklärung hinzugefügt.
