Si parla della definizione del prezzo di acquisizione di un immobile. Ecco la frase completa:
"Sollte objektiv doch ein Missverhältnis zwischen Leistung und Gegenleistung bestehen, verstehen sich die Vertragsteile zum Rechtsgeschäft im Sinne des § 935 ABGB, sodass eine *Anfechtung wegen Verletzung* über die Hälfte des wahren Wertes ausgeschlossen ist."

Si tratta di uan contestazione per violazione? E come si collega a quel "Hälfte"? Scusate, ma ormai sto diventando incapace di intendere e di volere... :-(
