La frase "misteriosa", tratta da un contratto per poter accedere ad una piattaforma internet, è la seguente:
"Ein Widerrufsrecht besteht ferner nicht bei dem Erwerb von Datenträger aus dem WebsiteXXX, sofern diese entsiegelt wurden."

A esser sincera, non riesco a capire bene questa frase, che ho interpretato nel modo seguente:
"All'acquisizione del supporto dati dal SitoWebXXX, nel momento in cui essi vengono aperti, non esiste più alcun diritto di revoca."

Vi sarei infinitamente grata se riusciste a chiarirmi il senso della frase!
