es handelt sich um einen Tauschvertrag: wie koennte ich am besten den oben genannten Satzteil in diesem Kontext uebersetzen (mir faellt einfach nichts geeignetes ein):
"XXX und YYY zur Uebertragung ihrer saemtlicher Anteile (derzeit je 25%) AN DER GESELLSCHAFT BUERGERLICHEN RECHTS mit dem Namen"Vermoegenverwaltungsgesellschaft ZZZ", bestehend aus den einzigen Gesellschaftern XXX, YYY und ZZZ"

neutral  Fehlinger: Da d. Gesellschaftsformen nicht 100%vglbar sind, besser n. übersetzen und Fußnote, dass BGB-Gesell. in etwa einer società semplice entspricht.
