Visto che prima era Rückzugsabstand e ora Abstandrückzug, e visto che "zu" si usa con "Abstand" e non con "Rückzug", direi che è la distanza dai bordi.

Che cosa sia poi la "distanza di arretramento" è un po' difficile da decifrare da queste poche abbreviazioni, perciò mi limito ad una traduzione letterale.

Ometto Antasten perché nella "versione inglese" abbiamo EDGE_BKDIST.
