"man darf nie aufhören, besser zu werden, sonst hat man aufgehört, gut zu sein"

Vi sottopongo questa massima, che a prima vista sembra banale ma ... non riesco a rendere la seconda parte "gut zu sein", in quanto "essere buoni", "volere il bene" ecc. hanno tutte una connotazione moraleggiante che non c'entra affatto con il contesto (testo di marketing per i collaboratori che devono dare sempre il meglio ecc.)
