alla fine ho chiesto al cliente, esperto lui stesso in HR, e mi ha spiegato che Leistungsverhalten significa 'l'andamento delle prestazioni' si fa cioè - visto che oramai i disgraziati lavoratori dovrebbero vivere solo in funzione dell'azienda, tipo Giappone - una curva dove è segnato l'andamento del rendimento

Explanation:
è una traduzione dedotta. in italiano però il termine "comportamento lavorativo" sembra essere l'equivalente. è anche molto frequente.

"tenuta esecutiva" che ho tradotto direttamente da Leistung e poi giocando con il Verhalten viene usato per caratterizzare l'esecuzione artistica, da quanto pare leggendo sul web:)
