Si sta parlando dei locali di un ristorante, adatti per una serie di circostanze ed occasioni, quali, appunto, Klubklausuren. Credo si tratti di incontri di Partito, visto che trovo il termine sempre e soltanto con nomi di Partiti, ma qualcuno sa come si chiamino esattamente?

Explanation:
in molti ristoranti c'è scritto proprio 'sala per riunioni' 'riunioni riservate' - la sala è riservata e la riunione è anch'essa riservata, non aperta a tutti se non agli 'addetti ai lavori'

Klausur = clausura, proprio da chiudere - certo, sono a porte chiuse - (nella scuola Klausur = compito in classe sorvegliato...almeno cos' dovrebbe essere) magari non proprio a chiave come per il conclave ma sempre chiuse sono...
