Nimmt der Käufer die Forderung aus einer Weiterveräußerung unserer Waren in ein mit seinem Kunden bestehendes Kontokorrentverhältnis auf, so ist die Kontokorrentforderung in voller Höhe abgetreten. Nach erfolgter Saldierung tritt an ihre Stelle der anerkannte Saldo der bis zur Höhe des Betrages als abgerechnet gilt, den die ursprüngliche Kontokorrentforderung ausmachte.
