2. Gleiche Handhaltung wie bei 1.
Behandeltes Gebiet ausschöpfen, der Druck geht dabei erst nach unten, dann
zieht man die Hand im Halbkreis wieder ab, als wolle man mit einer
Tasse das Gewebe ausschöpfen.
3. Beide Hände horizontal zueinander anordnen, zum Herzen hin sanft streichen und an den Außenseiten ohne Druck zurückgleiten.
