Was soll denn diese aggressive und völlig überflüssige Bemerkung? Ich habe keine 38-jährige Erfahrung, aber sehe bei meinen Aufenthalten in Italien das Produkt "Quark"... aus meiner Sicht nicht übersetzbar, wie eben Ricotta...dafür ist ja bis jetzt auch keine Übersetzung erfunden worden.
