Liebe KollegInnen, ich habe hier ein echtes Formulierungsproblem
auf einer Zulassungsbescheinigung steht:
Der Inhaber der Zulassungsbescheinigung wird nicht als Eigentümer des Fahrzeugs ausgewiesen

Es geht mir nicht um die Terminologie an sich
sondern wie ich diesen Satz am besten im Italienischen formuliere
Inhaber würde ich hier mit detentore oder portatore übersetzen (denke das ist am logischsten)
Zulassungsbescheinigung = (Laut EU, ist auf der Zulasungsbescheinigung in allen EUsprachen angegeben, ich muß mich also an diesen Begriff halten) carta di circolazione
Eigentümer des Fahrzeugs = proprietario del veicolo
und ausweisen = dimostrare
Nun bekomme ich leider trotzdem den Satz nicht hin, ohne dass er Sinnentstellend wird oder in Richtung Interpretation geht, habt ihr einen Tipp?

sich ausweisen = dimostrare con documenti

per Inhaber direi intestatario perché da noi in Italia tanti sono proprietari ma non intestatari di un veicolo - in Germania vedo che c'è pure qualche caso del genere...

certo, puoi dire tranquillamente

'dai documenti non è comprovato/non risulta che...'
' i documenti non attestano/comprovano...'

è solo una questione di formulazione, come dicevi giustamente, il sneso è palese

Habe mich für smarinellas Lösung entschieden, auch weil mir das intestatario am logischten erscheint (und ich mich aus den von smarinella genannten Gründen auch in meiner Lösung gegen titolare und entscheiden wollte). Am besten gefällt mir dann das "non è comprovato che " das ich gut in meinen Text verwurschteln konnte. Aber auch Christels Lösung "non risulta che" ist eine super Lösung. euch allen lieben Dank noch mal für die Hilfe
